Benefits of Sponsorship

​General Benefits
 

The following benefits apply to Gold, Silver and Bronze Sponsorship Packages:
 

• Your logo is displayed on the GEOHAB 2017 registration materials and handouts

• Your logo, name, address, contact details, and the nature of your sponsorship are listed on the GEOHAB 2017 website, with hyperlink to your website

• Electronic list of delegates (name, address, contact details) is provided after the event (excluding those from whom permission has not been obtained)

• Entitlement to include advertising material (hard copy or electronically to be supplied) in the GEOHAB 2017 handouts

• Acknowledgement of sponsor’s contribution at the official opening

• Logo is included on visual display in the meeting room

• Priority choice of trade booths (booths include panels, table, and two chairs; the building is provided with wireless internet)

Gold SPONSOR:

Only THREE GOLD sponsors will be sought on a “first come-first served” basis. In addition to the general benefits mentioned above you will receive:
 

• Double exhibition booth space (3.00m x 1.8 each = 6.00 m x 1.8m)

• First choice of exhibition booth and banner display sites during the meeting and dinner

• Your logo and website URL are displayed on the 2nd circular (if paid by 1st December 2016)

• Two complimentary meeting passes, including icebreaker and conference dinner

• Poster/banner display during the entire conference at the presentation room (size: 2 m wide, 1 m high)

• Logo is displayed on speaker podium, if supplied

• Acknowledgement of sponsor’s contribution at social events

• Right to address at a session of your choice (5 minutes) and be acknowledged as its sponsor

Silver SPONSOR:

FOUR SILVER sponsors will be sought on a “first come-first served” basis.
In addition to the general benefits mentioned above you will receive:
 

• One exhibition booth space (3.0m x 1.8m), with preferred choice of site after Gold selection.

• Your logo and website URL are displayed on the 2nd circular (if paid by 1st December 2016).

• One complimentary meeting pass, including icebreaker and conference dinner.

• Logo is displayed on speaker podium, if supplied.

• Right to be acknowledged as the sponsor of a session of your choice (after Gold’s choice).
   

Bronze SPONSOR:
 

Several BRONZE sponsorships are available.
In addition, to the general benefits mentioned above you will receive:
 

• One exhibition booth space (3.0m x 1.8m), with preferred choice of site after Silver selection.

• Two complimentary icebreaker tickets.
